Welcome to Beaver Creek Produce (BCP). BCP is a family-owned business which uses hydroponics to grow lettuce, kale, arugula and herbs year-round as well as several varieties of tomatoes.

Hydroponics is a method of growing plants using mineral nutrient solutions, in water, without soil. Some plants, such as our butterhead lettuce, are sold with the root ball still attached, which means they are still alive when purchased at the store. This will increase the storage life of the lettuce once it is purchased and stored in your refrigerator at home.

Our Mission Statement is to produce healthy, fresh, quality produce for the local community.
